We LOVE OUR CHS Color Guard!!
The Collinsville High School Color Guard is part of the Marching Band and is an extra-curricular activity that meets after school (please see Marching Band for further information). Members of the Color Guard will be taught and perform through dance and spinning equipment such as flags, rifles, and sabres.
Membership in the Color Guard is by audition only. Auditions will be held in the later part of May and will determine each student’s status in the group. There will not be any “cuts” made at any point during the season. Please see the CHS Bands Handbook for more information regarding the audition and alternate membership.

CHS Marching Kahoks Color Guard takes home TOP HONORS as OUTSTANDING AUXILIARY at the 2012 VP Parade
July 4, 2012 - (KMOV.com) -- During the 135th Annual Veiled Prophet Parade, bands from the St. Louis region competed for bragging rights as the top band.
